Keith and Vicki Kennedy opened Kennedy’s Automotive Services in 2003 with the goal of going beyond the typical auto repair experience and educating customers regarding their vehicles’ service needs. Keith’s Auto Repair Journey
Before opening his own shop, Keith worked in independent auto repair shops and dealerships, in addition to working at home at night doing auto repairs. He found he was not fulfilled working for others, and he became confident he could provide a superior auto repair experience working in his own shop. After first trying it out with a partner, he and Vicki opened their family’s shop in 2003. Today, Keith has 44 years of auto industry experience, and he is an ASE Master Technician. His areas of expertise include problem-solving, drivability, and electrical repairs, in addition to leading and teaching his team.
